Classics of the Silver Screen Dance Concert News Release

Ballet With Cindee Velle, founded in 1983, the resident dance school of the Long Reach Community Association, presents “Classics of the Silver Screen”.  This two act original student dance production will feature music and dance from a variety of movie sound tracks. Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical/Modern, Tap and Hip Hop dancers ages 3 and up will dance across the stage at Centennial High School on Saturday June 7 at 2:00 and 7:00p.m.

The program will vary with each performance. The evening performance will feature the competition and advanced students of Ballet With Cindee Velle. The matinee performance will feature young dance students ages 3 through 7. All dance students ages 8 through adult will perform in both shows.

Prices for general seating are as follows: $15 for adults and $13 for students and seniors.  Tickets will go on sale at the Long Reach Community Association, (410-730-8113), 8775 Cloudleap Ct. Columbia, MD 21045 in mid April.
