Expectations


Attendance
Consistent, prompt attendance is expected and is crucial to the dancer’s progress. If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, the student may make up the class at their own convenience.



Tuition Payments
Tuition payments are made at Stonehouse prior to the first class meeting and are payable to "The Long Reach Community Association". Columbia lien payers are eligible for a discount on tuition. There is no additional registration fee. A 10% late fee will be assessed after the second week of class.



Dress Code
First steps and Preballet girls are to wear pink ballet slippers, pink footed tights and a pink leotard. No attached tutus. Ballet I through VIII girls are to wear pink slippers, pink footed tights and a black leotard. Boys are to wear black ballet shoes, black tights or dance pants, dance belt and a white T-shirt. Jazz, Tap and Lyrical students must wear Jazz, Tap or Lyrical shoes and leotards and tights.  Shoulder length or longer hair is to be worn in a bun. Only Hip Hop students may wear street clothes and tennis shoes.
