Upcoming audition announcementNutcracker 2008 - Our one hour rendition of the Nutcracker will take to the road on Sunday November 30th at 5:00 PM at The Kennedy Krieger Festival of Trees, in the Cow Palace at the MD State Fair Ground, Timonium, MD, 21093. Sunday Dec. 7 at 3:00 PM we will perform in the Besaman Center at Fairhaven Retirement Community, 7200 3rd. Ave., Sykesville, MD 21784. Saturday December 13 we will perform in Claret Hall, at the Riverhill Community Association, 6020 Daybreak Circle, Clarksville, MD 21029 at 2:00 pm. and 4:00 pm. To reserve seats free of charge, call in advance 410/531-1749. On Sunday Dec. 14 at 4:00 pm we will perform in Stonehouse at the Long Reach Community Association, 8775 Cloudleap Ct., Columbia, MD 21045. Advanced reservations are required, call 410/730-8113. At 1:00 p.m. on Saturday December 20 we will dance in the Muriel Culfield Auditorium at Charlestown Retirement Community, 707 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. A $3 suggested donation will be collected at the door. Our final performance will be at The Great Room at the Historic Savage Mill on Fair St. in Savage, MD 20763 on Tuesday Dec. 23 at 7:30 pm,. Master classes in Jazz with Lester Holmes:
Date: Tuesday December 9, 2008
Schedule: Ages 7 to 11 – 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.; Ages 12 and up – 7:00 to 8:15 p.m.
Cost: $20 per class – Payable to the Long Reach Community Association.
Attire: Any color of leotards and tights. (No street clothes.) Dance shorts or Jazz pants are acceptable with Jazz, Lyrical or Ballet shoes. Hair pulled back in a pony tail.
