Our Ballet Program
We have devised our own syllabus, tailored to our students, largely influenced by the Vaganova method. We believe sound classical ballet training is the solid foundation for all forms of dance.
Class Levels
- Pre-Ballet (Ages 3โ4): Introduction to classroom etiquette, basic exercises, geometric shapes, gross locomotor skills, and creative movement with props and lively music.
- Kinderballet (Ages 4โ5): Ballet basics for beginners through those with 1 year of experience.
- Youth Ballet (Ages 6โ12): Progressive classical training building technique, strength, and artistry.
- Teen & Advanced (Ages 13+): Intensive technique preparing students for pointe, performances, and competitions.
- Adult Ballet: Beginner through intermediate. Core strengthening, turnout, flexibility, and the joy of movement.
